Bladder Type pulsation dampener

Bladder pulsation dampers are the most commonly used type, found in a wide variety of applications. The internal separator element is typically made from high-performance rubber materials, including nitrile, EPDM, FKM, butyl, silicone, Aflas, Hypalon, and others, ensuring durability and reliable performance across diverse conditions.

DESCRIPTION AND PERFORMANCE

At STEADO, our bladder-type pulsation dampers are available with bodies made from either plastic or metal, depending on the application. Common plastic options include PVC, polypropylene, and PVDF. For more demanding environments, we offer metallic versions made from stainless steel AISI 316L, carbon steel, or high-performance alloys such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Hastelloy, and titanium.

Our bladder dampers are available in capacities ranging from 0.04 to 35 liters and can be designed to handle pressures of up to 1,000 bar.
