Bellow Type Pulsation Dampener
Bellows-type pulsation dampeners feature a flexible separator—crafted from either PTFE or stainless steel bellows—that effectively isolates the process fluid from the gas cushion, ensuring reliable separation and system stability.
DESCRIPTION AND PERFORMANCE
At STEADO, our bellows-type pulsation dampeners are primarily constructed from high-grade AISI 316L stainless steel. However, we also offer models made from plastic materials such as PVC or PVDF, as well as other specialized materials upon request. For enhanced corrosion resistance, the internal liquid-contact surfaces can be customized with PVC, PVDF, or PTFE.
These dampeners are ideal for managing corrosive liquids in low-pressure environments. PTFE bellows models are available in capacities ranging from 0.15 to 15 liters, while stainless steel bellows models cover a range from 0.7 to 15 liters. Both versions support design pressures of up to 60 bar.
Stainless steel bellows dampeners are particularly suited for high-temperature applications or fluids that are incompatible with PTFE.
In addition to our standard product line, STEADO also manufactures custom-designed bellows-type pulsation dampeners tailored to your specific operational requirements.
